Aston Martin Aramco Formula 1 Team and JCB, the UK-based construction and agricultural equipment manufacturer, have agreed a multi-year renewal of their partnership, reinforcing one of Formula 1’s longest-running and most operationally integrated industrial collaborations.

The extension sees JCB continue as the team’s official heavy equipment partner, building on a relationship that began in 2019. The renewal marks a significant commercial milestone, reflecting long-term confidence from both sides and highlighting a shared commitment to British engineering, performance, and innovation.

Under the renewed agreement, JCB will maintain a prominent presence across Aston Martin Aramco’s Formula 1 programme, including branding on the race cars, driver overalls, garage environments, and global digital platforms. The partnership continues to extend beyond conventional sponsorship, with JCB equipment and engineering support playing an active role in the team’s factory operations and infrastructure development.

Jefferson Slack, Managing Director – Commercial and Marketing, Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team, said, “Our partnership with JCB is built on shared values and a genuine belief in the power of British engineering. From becoming Aston Martin, to helping us construct our new campus, and now supporting our ambitions for the future, JCB has been with us every step of the way. As we head into a new season, we’re proud to continue this journey together.”

Steve Fox, Managing Director, JCB Global Major Accounts, added, “We are thrilled to be extending our partnership with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team in JCB’s 80th anniversary year. It is a partnership that has stood the test of time and one that helps JCB generate business and cement relationships with key customers all over the world. We are excited at the prospect of building on the relationship we have enjoyed since 2019, in what will be an exhilarating period for Formula One.”

The renewal aligns closely with Aston Martin Aramco’s ongoing expansion at Silverstone, where significant investment has been made into a new campus and enhanced technical facilities. JCB’s involvement supports this growth directly, reinforcing the team’s strategy of embedding partners into its operational ecosystem rather than relying solely on brand exposure.

Commercially, the agreement further strengthens Aston Martin Aramco’s partner portfolio, which spans energy, technology, consumer, and industrial sectors. Multi-year renewals of this nature are increasingly viewed within Formula 1 as a key indicator of long-term stability and confidence in a team’s direction.

For JCB, the partnership continues to deliver global visibility and access to Formula 1’s premium B2B audience, positioning the brand within a high-performance engineering environment that extends well beyond its traditional construction and agricultural markets.

The announcement comes as Aston Martin Aramco enters a pivotal phase on and off the track. The team finished the 2025 season seventh in the Constructors’ Championship with 89 points. Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll will continue as the driver pairing, while preparations accelerate for the 2026 regulation cycle. Andy Cowell is set to take on the role of Chief Strategy Officer, with Adrian Newey joining as Team Principal from the 2026 season.

Aston Martin Aramco will return to action during pre-season testing early next year ahead of the start of the 2026 Formula One World Championship campaign.
