AS Roma teams up with EML Payments and REPX

EML powers REPX’s new digital and physical product for the devotees of the Italian Serie A football team.

The football club, AS Roma has partnered with the credit card company, EML Payments and fintech firm, REPX to launch a prepaid card for its European football fans.

In this collaboration, the General Purpose Reloadable (GPR) virtual and material cards designed by the electronic firms for the veteran club’s fanbase across Europe would provide a plethora of exclusive experiences and behind-the-scenes privileges for the cardholders. These cards can be ordered through an accompanying application, which will also allow the team to connect and engage with their growing followers and supporters.

Ian Clowes, the CEO of REPX commented on this association and said, “AS ROMA cardholders can enter a world of unique experiences allowing interactions with their favourite team, with access to exclusive offers and news about merchandising, tickets, invitations to VIP events and even meetings with their adored football stars.”
