Italian Serie-A club AS Roma finalises a front-of-shirt sponsorship deal with Zytara Labs, the deal has been reported to be worth over €36 million and has been signed for three years.
Zytara Labs being a blockchain technology becomes the first company of its kind that has enhanced its partnership with a football club to this extent.
DigitalBits will be the official shirt sponsor of AS Roma with them appearing on the front of the men’s, women’s home and away kits of the club.
DigitalBits will be supporting the foundation of the deal between AS Roma and Zytara Labs, Al Burgio, founder of Zytara and the DigitalBits blockchain stated that “This historic relationship with AS Roma, one of the most legendary football teams in the world, is transformative, not just for Zytara and DigitalBits, but for the blockchain industry as a whole. On the other hand, every single shirt sale revenue from their first friendly will go to charity which is an amazing initiative by the club.
The Italian league is scheduled to start from August 21 and will see Roma contest in the league under the new leadership of legendary manager Jose Mourinho.
