AS Monaco names UFL as Official Football Gaming Supplier

The partnership will also include UFL to have visibility through AS Monaco’s social networks.

The Ligue 1 outfit, AS Monaco, has announced a new signing with the software game developer, Strikerz Inc. as the club’s official football gaming supplier. The deal will promote the soon-to-launch online football game, UFL. The value of the deal wasn’t revealed.

Since 2016, this game has been in development and now it will be in use. This will be a free-to-play online game. The game will be launched soon as it has already created a buzz amongst video game lovers. The game will mostly focus on the gamer’s skills, the only factor that will be taken into consideration to make the difference.

The partnership will also include UFL to have visibility through AS Monaco’s social networks, which will also include online matches against players from the club’s Esports team.

Oleg Petrov, vice-president and CEO of AS Monaco, said, “We are delighted to partner with Strikerz and to be present on UFL, an innovative video game that will allow us to increase our visibility on online platforms. Monaco is pleased to support UFL in this new adventure, which confirms the Club’s desire to develop its digital image, in line with its Esports activities.”

Eugene Nashilov, CEO at Strikerz Inc., said, “We are proud to welcome AS Monaco as our official partner. We believe both Strikerz Inc. and AS Monaco share the same values, and the club’s philosophy matches ours. The brand ‘Risk.Risk.Repeat’ is pretty much the words we at Strikerz live by ourselves.”

AS Monaco will face Metz this week in their league fixture and will try to get those three points against the side in the relegation zone.
