AS Monaco bolster Sub-Saharan Africa & MENA presence with Linebet deal 

Linebet will support AS Monaco during the 2024–25 season with the mutual goal of fostering community development in France, the Middle East, and North Africa.

The Ligue 1 team, AS Monaco have developed a sponsorship agreement with Linebet, an international sports betting site.

With this deal, the brand has been named the club’s betting partner for the Sub-Saharan Africa and MENA (Middle East and North Africa) regions.

In accordance with the agreement, Linebet will support the Ligue 1 team during the 2024-25 season with the mutual goal of fostering community development in France, the Middle East, and North Africa.

Moreover, the gaming company will also set aside a special betting offer for Monegasque fans.

Operating under a Curaçao license, Linebet is an international online betting organisation that provides a large selection of sports and casino games.

A statement on the team’s website mentions, “By becoming the official sports betting partner of AS Monaco in Sub-Saharan Africa and MENA for the 2024-2025 season, Linebet confirms its strategy of expansion and collaboration with top-tier partners, with the aim of ensuring it continues to lead in brand awareness and marketing.”

On the partnership, Thibaut Chatelard, Marketing and Revenue Director at AS Monaco, commented, “We are delighted to be partnering with Linebet, one of the fastest-growing companies in its sector, in Sub-Saharan Africa and MENA. Through this regional partnership, we aim to support each other in the development of our brands in these two regions, and to grow our respective communities. We look forward to carrying out our first activations.”

This agreement is made as the top-tier French team commemorates its 100th anniversary. Along with Linebet, the club has also forged partnerships with Renault, APM Monaco, and ComAve.

Throughout the years, AS Monaco have associated with a number of gambling-related businesses in an effort to expand into new international markets. To increase its visibility in Asia, the club inked a contract with 6686 Sport, a sports entertainment platform, in 2023.
