Druid Sport has secured record regional commercial partnerships for the Argentine Football Association (AFA) across the Indian subcontinent, marking a significant milestone in the federation’s expansion strategy within one of the world’s most dynamic sports markets.

The agreements, spanning the mobility, personal care, collectibles and healthcare sectors, represent the agency’s most successful sponsorship drive since being appointed AFA’s exclusive commercial representative for the Indian subcontinent in October 2025. The new partners include TVS Motor Company, KT Men, LEGXI and Jagdale Industries, further strengthening Argentina’s commercial presence in a region where football fandom continues to grow rapidly.

The partnerships form part of AFA’s broader strategy to deepen engagement with supporters outside its traditional markets while creating new opportunities for brands to align with one of international football’s most recognisable properties.

TVS Motor Company has joined as AFA’s regional mobility partner and will collaborate on marketing campaigns and fan-focused initiatives aimed at connecting Indian consumers with the Argentina national team. In the personal care category, KT Men has launched a special “GOAT Edition” product range featuring Argentina stars Lionel Messi, Julián Álvarez and Enzo Fernández, leveraging the team’s popularity to drive consumer engagement.

Meanwhile, sports collectibles platform LEGXI has been appointed AFA’s official collectibles partner in the region, providing fans with access to officially licensed memorabilia and authenticated merchandise. Jagdale Industries completes the quartet of agreements, with the healthcare company set to integrate AFA branding into its consumer-facing marketing activities.

Commenting on the achievement, Roshan Joseph, General Manager, Commercial Partnerships of Druid Sport India, said, “Our approach in the Indian subcontinent has been to build partnerships that move beyond awareness, bringing the Argentina brand closer to fans through products, platforms and experiences that are part of everyday consumer life. The four partnerships already secured demonstrate the strength of that approach, creating locally relevant collaborations across high-growth categories while delivering meaningful value for AFA and its partners. Even with the FIFA World Cup now underway, our India team continues to progress further opportunities for AFA in the region, underlining both the scale of demand and the strength of Druid Sport’s local market presence. More broadly, we see a significant opportunity to bridge the gap between ambitious Indian brands and leading international rightsholders, helping both sides unlock long-term commercial value.”

The latest agreements arrive as Argentina’s men’s national team continues to command global attention on the pitch. The defending FIFA World Cup champions have opened their current campaign with consecutive victories, with captain Lionel Messi playing a central role in the team’s strong start. Their performances have further reinforced the commercial appeal of the AFA brand, providing sponsors with a powerful platform to engage football audiences across emerging markets.

For Druid Sport, the partnerships underline the success of its regional growth strategy and reinforce its position as a key commercial partner for international rightsholders seeking to unlock opportunities across South Asia. With offices across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the agency has increasingly focused on connecting global sports properties with ambitious brands in high-growth markets, a strategy that is now delivering tangible results for both AFA and its expanding portfolio of regional partners.
