Acko teams up with Sunrisers Hyderabad as the team’s official insurance partner

Acko will have their logo be presented on the leading side of the helmets/caps of the Sunrisers Hyderabad team and staff.

The Indian Premier League franchise Sunrisers Hyderabad has announced a partnership with India’s fastest-growing wholly digital general insurance provider Acko making the brand their official insurance partner.

In this partnership, Acko will have their logo be presented on the leading side of the helmets/caps of the Sunrisers Hyderabad team and staff.

This is the third agreement that Acko has in place with an IPL franchise. It already has agreements in place with Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians as their official insurance partner. The Delhi Capitals team has also been sporting the Acko logo on their helmets and caps.

The Hyderabad-based franchise wasn’t off to a good start in phase 1 of IPL 2021 as it stands last in the points table with only two points. The team suffered six losses and only one win out of the seven matches they played.

With phase 2 all set to start from September 19 in the UAE, the franchise will be looking forward to putting a full stop to their poor form.

The franchise will be expecting a good performance from the West Indies batsman Sherfane Rutherford who has been signed as Jonny Bairstow’s replacement.

The team will be playing their first match against Delhi Capitals in the second phase of IPL on September 22 at 7:30 PM IST at the Dubai International Stadium.
