AC Monza becomes latest addition to Konami’s sponsorship portfolio

Konami has 3D scanned the faces of the club’s players that will be added to the game from next season.

Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. has signed a multi-year partnership with AC Monza, who recently gained promotion to Serie A.

Following this deal, Konami has been appointed as the official football videogame partner, with the club appearing in future editions of the eFootball series beginning with the start of the 2022/23 football season.

Konami has 3D scanned the faces of the club’s players that will be added to the game from next season. The brand will also use the club’s logos and sponsors and include club legends in the game.

Associazione Calcio Monza is a professional football club that is based in Monza, Lombardy, Italy. The club is one of the oldest in Italian football history being established in 1912. For the first time, the club will play in Serie A, the top division in Italian football as they were promoted from Serie B in the 2021/22 season.

Konami’s latest partnership includes top-tier Italian deals with AS Roma, SS Lazio, SSC Napoli, Atalanta BC and most recently AC Milan.
