The Archery Association of India declared a three-year extension of their partnership with NTPC Ltd. After signing a memorandum agreement for the first time in November 2018, NTPC got the heading sponsorship rights of numerous national competitions.
The extension of the deal meant its association with the Archery Association of India (AAI) will run through November 2024.
AAI secretary general Pramod Chandurkar stated about the deal, “With the support of NTPC, AAI will be able to provide a series of competition exposures, best coaching facilities, equipment, playing kits etc to the Indian archers.”
NTPC, as the chief sponsor of Indian archery, has got the title sponsorship of all the National tournaments and five prize money actions, including four National Ranking Archery Tournaments (NRATs) and a final.
“We are proud to have AAI as our partner as they are working very hard for bringing more laurels and glory for the country in the years to come,” MSD Bhattamishra, ED (CSR/R/R&R) of NTPC commented.
